What made you decide to involve a Wedding Planner /Coordinator in your Wedding? We decided to get married at Meldrum House in the Marquee. As the venue is a totally blank canvas, we were excited about the prospect of making it our own and doing exactly what we wanted with it. When it came to organising the decoration for the day, we thought that it would be best to hire items rather than purchasing everything. When we got in touch with Timeless White, we loved all the items they could offer and we ended up designing our whole wedding day with Timeless White. We then decided that having Emma there on the day to coordinate the wedding would be amazing and would allow us (as well as our families) to completely relax on the day and in the run up and be able to enjoy every moment without thinking about what was coming next. In the run up to the wedding we think it was just invaluable to know that someone was taking care of all the details behind the scenes.
What was the deciding factor for you when it came to choosing Timeless White? We came across Timeless White online and when we downloaded their brochure, we just fell in love with what they could offer. It was amazing to know that they could take care of everything from flowers to lighting and that is just exactly what we needed. When we got in touch with Emma, she couldn't have been more helpful and enthusiastic and I think it is amazing when someone can make you feel like you are the only Bride in the world. When we met Emma for the first time, we came away knowing that it was a no brainer to involve her in the organisation of our wedding day.
What did you enjoy most about having Timeless White involved? Emma was just a dream to work with as well as just being such a lovely person. Emma can be great fun whilst remaining very professional and it honestly was a joy to have Timeless White involved in our big day. On the day itself, Emma would always be checking up on us and making sure we were ok. When Emma visited the Bridal Party room in the morning of our wedding, she completely put me at ease and I felt I could totally relax knowing everything was under control. I also just loved getting to know Emma and I love that she is so excited about what she does!
Do you think that Timeless White saved you time, money and/or worry? I definitely think that Timeless White saved us time, money and worry! Emma always had our budget in mind when suggesting things and was always extremely helpful of suggesting ways to keep costs down, which we really appreciated! Emma took the worry away when she took all the nitty gritty jobs towards the end of the planning stage, away from us. Timeless White did a great job of gathering all the information they needed and then dealing with everything in the background! We couldn't thank Emma more for all of her help!
How did you feel on your Wedding day, knowing TW were involved? We were both able to completely relax on the day and just enjoy every minute knowing that Timeless White had it all in hand. We didn't have to think about what was coming next or who was doing what because Emma was always a step ahead. Looking back, we wouldn't have had it any other way! Having Emma on hand with lipstick and perfume top-ups was an extra bonus :)
What is it that makes you feel you would recommend TW to future Brides to be? Timeless White are everything you would want in a wedding planner/coordinator and more. Emma was able to listen to me rambling about my ideas and able to understand what I had in mind and make it a reality! I will never forget walking into our reception room and just thinking that she had absolutely captured everything I would have ever wanted. Timeless White also arranged our flowers through Hays Flowers and again, they were absolutely perfect and exactly what I had pictured in my head! Emma is just such a lovely person to deal with and her home office is so welcoming and she will do just everything she can to take any pressure away...a life saver!
What would you say to someone who thought Wedding Planners were expensive, unnecessary and controlling? I would say that they are the opposite. I found that Timeless White helped us be creative with our budget and always looked for ways to cut our costs. Emma never forced ideas but instead listened to us and helped create our perfect day. With such busy lives in the lead up to our wedding, I would honestly say that having a wedding coordinator was the best money we ever spent! Tom and I both breathed a sigh of relief after one of our main meetings with Emma when she said "That is everything I need now, leave it all with me..." She was just a superstar!
